1. Custom Photo Orders
Our personalised magnets are made using the photos you upload. By submitting photos, you confirm that:
You have the rights or permission to use those images.
The content does not violate copyright, contain offensive material, or infringe on any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to decline any image that does not meet our content standards.
2. Order Process & Payment
All prices are listed in [ZAR (South African Rand)] and include VAT (if applicable). Payment is required in full at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.
We accept payments through secure third-party providers such as PayFast.
3. Production & Shipping
Please allow 3–5 working days for production of your custom magnets.
Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and chosen delivery option.
Moi Magnets is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping details and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom photo magnets unless:
The product is damaged upon arrival
There was an error on our side during production
In these cases, please email us at hello@moimagnets.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order, with clear photos of the issue.
We do not offer refunds for customer-uploaded images that are low resolution or incorrectly cropped.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, logos, product images, and designs is the property of Moi Magnets and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
6. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotions or discount codes. These:
Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
Are only valid within the specified dates
Are not applicable to past purchases
